Our on-line store is our brochure and features all the information
and images we have. If you require further information please contact

safe is it to give my credit card details on-line?
We use a secure server provided by PayPal (an ebay company) for all
credit and debit card payments. We are so confident of our security
that we will guarantee any costs that your credit card company hold
you responsible for if your card is used fraudulently as a result of
shopping with us using our secure transaction system.

can I place an order? You can place orders
over the Internet, by fax, by post or personal
visit to our store.

is the order process? Simply browse our on

finished shopping click on the "checkout" button which
takes you to the order page. There just follow the instructions. If
preferred you can also print the checkout page and send it to us by fax
or post. You will be contacted within 2 working days to confirm
the order and be advised of an anticipated delivery date.

methods of payment do you accept? We
accept all major credit cards via our secure server and can accept
cheques with orders via the post. We can also accept payment by
direct credit.

the prices include VAT? All our prices
include VAT.
Do
the prices include delivery? We offer free
delivery on orders over £1000. Order values under this amount
incur a charge details of which can be found when checking out. Unless
stated elsewhere all orders are delivered FREE OF CHARGE for any
order up to a radius of 50 miles of Hemswell. Further, deliveries for
orders over £1000, to anywhere in England, Wales and Southern
Scotland will also be FREE OF CHARGE. For a quotation please email
your postcode and the likely order value. More distant deliveries of
orders less than £1000 will be subject to a delivery charge
which will be invoiced at checkout, and must be paid prior to
delivery. Amount charged is a maximum and will be reduced by manual
refund, if we have quoted a lower figure. For deliveries to any
offshore destination please ask for a quotation.
Deliveries
to Northern Scotland & Northern Ireland may incur a surcharge
even for orders over £1000 due to their distance
from our warehouse please contact us if you require more details.
What
happens if I cancel my order? For items we
hold in stock, if you cancel your order prior to it being despatched,
you will not incur any charges and a full refund will be given. If
your order has already been despatched then you will be charged for
delivery, return and a restocking charge. For items that have been
specially ordered or made, a cancellation fee will be charged.
When
will you despatch my order? The time it
takes for a piece of furniture to come into stock can vary. Once we
receive an item into our warehouse (or if it is stock) it is quality
checked for onward transportation and usually despatched within 3
working days.
When
will my goods arrive?
Most
of our smaller items will be sent via a courier and can take up to
48 hours for delivery once despatched. Some of our very large
furniture or multiple piece orders will be sent via a specialist
delivery service and depending upon your location this can take up to
10 working days. You will be advised in advance of the scheduled
delivery date.
Do
you have an after sales service? We want
you to be completely satisfied with the goods you have ordered and
your shopping experience. If you are unhappy with any aspect of
shopping with us please contact us by email
in the first instance being sure to quote your invoice number.
What
happens to my personal details? Your personal
details remain strictly confidential and are not passed on to third
parties. You have the option to be kept informed of new lines and
special offers when placing an order.
What
is your returns policy? We want you to be
completely delighted with any purchase from Bois D'Amour and offer a
7 day money back guarantee. Upon delivery please inspect your goods
and make a note on the delivery paperwork of any damage or defect. If
you are not satisfied simply return the products to us in their
original condition and we will refund the purchase price. The cost of
such return is your responsibility.
Will
my goods have a guarantee? All goods carry a 1
year manufacturers guarantee against materials and workmanship.
Will
my purchase match existing furniture in colour and fittings? Please
be aware that all wood furniture has variants of colour and we
cannot therefore guarantee colour matches. Our photos are for
illustrative purposes only, and may not match the product itself.
